While specializing in public international law, Zack has also contributed to the firm's capital markets and commercial litigation practices. He has been instrumental in advising on regulatory aspects in global financial transactions and providing expert counsel on intricate commercial disputes. His seasoned perspective in ocean governance and climate change policy also enables Hsu & Associates to offer strategic advice on environmental aspects of corporate compliance, a growing area of concern for many businesses.

Previously serving as an Advisor to the United Nations, Zack has a nuanced understanding of international compliance and regulations. This makes him an invaluable asset to the firm, particularly in matters of government compliance and international corporate law.

Zack is also highly involved in the firm’s intellectual property practice, advising on the legal intricacies of technology and cybersecurity, an evolving and complex area of law that intersects with many of the firm's core practice areas.

Currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program at the University of Washington School of Law, Zack has continually sought to deepen his legal expertise. He holds multiple degrees and is licensed to practice law in New York, Washington State, and Taiwan, offering a multi-jurisdictional perspective that enriches our firm's global outlook.
